Welcome to the official site of the Metropolitan New York Rugby Football Union. The Union governs more than 80 men's and women's clubs, college, high school and youth rugby teams in the Metropolitan New York City region, covering parts of Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.

The Union is governed by a board of directors and managed by a number of officers.

In conjunction with the Referee's Society of New York, the Union leadership manages and fosters rugby for more than 80 men's and women's clubs, college, high school and youth rugby teams in Northern New Jersey, Metropolitan New York, Long Island and Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Each division is now immediately supervised by a divisional coordinator.
